As a Single Operator Franchise holder, you run what is also known as a ‘Job Franchise’. You are essentially self-employed and your goal is to encourage clients (chiefly real estate agents) to advertise on your website, for which you receive substantial commissions. Sales are made easy by the IREA-AII premise: simply tell your prospective clients that when they advertise on one website their listings will automatically be published on 600, for the same price, and for one year.
If you choose to become a Management Franchise holder, you will own the rights to between seven and 36 portals. Your principal occupation will be to manage a team of sales people, who will provide the majority of your sales results. Initial investment is higher, but so are your commissions and potential returns.
Investment Franchises are a secure and proven alternative to investing in property or other traditional capital ventures. The franchisee must have the capacity to invest heavily in advertising, and will see that for very little involvement the marketing strategies implemented by the IREA-AII will ensure that the franchise essentially runs itself.
